When we visited the State Fair Cattle Shows in 1971, we fell in love with the Polled Hereford Breed.
We especially liked the maternal traits and docile nature of these cattle.
We especially liked the maternal traits and docile nature of these cattle.
Our first cattle came in the Fall of 1972 with our first calf crop in 1973.
Over the years we have purchased cattle from leading breeders in the US and Canada. We have kept performance guideline records,
developing traits for udder quality, milk, moderate birth weights, and eye pigmentation.
We currently have 30 to 35 breeding females and two herd sires.
We calve the cows starting mid-February, and offer our yearling bulls and heifers for sale after the first of January.
We offer only a select few bulls, the remainder are sold as feeder steers.
